My real estate agent was Jackson. I know my real estate agent has a genuine concern for me as a home buyer. He helped me to understand all I needed to know as a buyer. He always made time for me. When I had questions, he always got back to me with the answers in a timely manor. He gave me plenty of insight on the many homes that we looked at together. I am sure that he had plenty of other clients, and yet he was always available to take care of my needs. What a joy it was working with Jackson.

Ben Slack of red compass realty is the best agent I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve lived here my whole life. My property was listed with 3 other agencies and I got no response or offer’s listed with Ben and had an offer in just over a week, that one fell through but had another offer in a couple of weeks and we closed the sale. We were privileged to have Jackson Berry as our agent when we listed our home for sale in August of 2017. We were in the final stages of building a custom home and wanting to time the sale of our existing home with the completion of our new one. This can of course be a challenge since there are no guarantees that you can get your home under contract in a set amount of time. However, Jackson worked very hard to make sure our home had as many showings as possible, and we always appreciated the feedback we received from prospective buyers, to help us know what we could improve about our home to make it more appealing. In the end, Jackson was able to negotiate a contract for our home within 3 weeks of listing, and it was timed perfectly for the purchase of our new home. We were very pleased and would highly recommend Jackson Berry to assist you with your needs.
